This might be a little premature since I just got it today but I LOVE THIS VACUUM! I just moved from a 1500 sqft fully carpeted home to an 800 sqft LVP townhome so I decided to take a chance on this little thing instead of buying another bulky dirt devil that will only last a year.1. It's pink. I love when chores are cute.2. It's so light!! My 14 month old can lift the base of it with the brush head on it! She's still uncoordinated but she'll be pulling her weight in no time3. I love that the buttons are on the handle. No, it's not that hard to click the buttons at the bottom of a standard vacuum, but it definitely makes a chore I hate a little less of a pain to not have to bend down and flip switches all of that4. Love that it tells me when the roller is tangled! I have 2 long haired dogs, and I have probably gone through 10 vacuum cleaners in the last 7 years of their lives because a hair gets tangled and the ones I've had in the past don't have a good safety feature and the plastic hooks that hold the brush melt off from the friction.5. Seems to do a great job cleaning! I've been sweeping for the last week while I decided on a vacuum, and there are far less crunchies on my feet now!6. Battery seems to last pretty well. I let my little one play with it and I took my time vacuuming half of my house (didn't charge after opening it) and it still had two bars left.7. I LOVE THAT THE BATTERY COMES OFF! I am lazy. I have a hard time doing basic tasks that make my life easier at times. Being able to just pop the battery off versus plugging the entire thing in makes it easier to force myself to do it8. This thing is QUIET! It doesn't scare my dogs, I honestly think I could vacuum next to my sleeping baby and she wouldn't wake up.All around I just love this vacuum so far. Vacuuming is my 2nd least favorite chore, primarily because I hate dealing with the cord and a bulky, loud clunky piece of junk, but I love using this thing. I might just buy a second one to keep upstairs lol

Absolutely love this vacuum and customer service is amazing! I bought this vacuum in February and moved this past month. During the move I had lost the charging adapter so I contacted the company about buying a replacement. They got back to me quickly and have sent out a new charger totally free. This is my first cordless vacuum and it’s perfect! Very lightweight and great for picking up pet hair. I have 2 dogs (ones a german Shepard) and 2 cats which means I have fur everywhere and vacuum multiple times and day and this vacuum picks up everything. Couldn’t recommend this vacuum more!

I am so impressed with this light weight vacuum cleaner. I have had other small vacuums but they didn't have the picker upper power. This vacuum pickup everything the others didn't. I couldn't believe the amount that this picked up and what the others did not. I give this 5 stars but it should be more.

Don’t bother spending your money. Suction is pitiful, I have faux wood floors & doesn’t pick anything up. Battery life is extremely poor! I charged to 100% after I received & I can run the vacuum for about 10 mins before it dies & needs recharging.Update: 4/23/25I received a message from the seller about my review. They offered me a full refund. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service.Update #2: 5/14I initially ordered this vacuum 1/30/25. Wrote my review on 4/10/25.Since then I have been in contact with the company & they have adressed my mentioned issues: the battery.I received a replacement batter & it was a 100% better in holding the charge.I also mentioned to the company in a message sent on 5/8/25 that the vacuum started making a crazy noise & the 2-in-1 crevice tool clip had broke. Less than 24 hours I received a message & they offered to replace the entire vacuum.I received the vacuum 5/13/25- IDK if this is a brand spanking new one but this one worked 1000000000xs better than the 1st one I received.I would definitely say to speak to their customer service team if you have issues.They are customer friendly & have great communications & do try their best to rectify any issues with their item!I did change my review from 1/5 to 3/5 based on my last experience & their excellent customer service!
