I use for in line method feeder and pre-made ledger fishing with safety clip.Though not a cheap tube, it makes good money sense than buying pre made safety clip leaders. It is very heavy and flexible, even when cold. Heavy enough to pull down your main line. Works therefore very well.The tube inside diameter takes 15lb line (I use Maxima Chameleon as is stiffer).The max length I have patience to push a line through is about 50cm. This is normally enough. A wet line helps.I tie at each end a swivel with the rubber and safety slip trapped between.Just make sure that the rubber cone thinner end slides over the tube to ensure rig safety to release the lead as intended for fish safety. These bits are part of the little black kit of carp bits found on Amazon for less than £10. The only replaceable bit is the fishing line. Enough bits to last seasons.In my view, a better solution than most premade leaders.Designed to your own needs.Using a series of shorter different colours of tube you can aid camouflage effect.

I am using this tubing for tench with a method feeder. The main properties I noticed straight away are how subtle and heavy it is compared to other tubing I have used. The main reason I use dark matter tubing is to pin the last few feed of line to the bottom when using semi-slack lines. The tubing is easy to thread when straight from the packet, far less so once used, but that is normal for all tubing. I am happy with the product and I am sure it has helped me catch fish.
