Actually, I wasn't paying attention when I bought this, and didn't realize it was ceramic, I know it says it in the title. I was just excited to find a dish set more suitable for an older child as I was giving the younger greats, plastic sets. Anyway, I think she's going to enjoy it, but I might never find out as they're not real good on telling me things like that. I hope she doesn't break it. I was thinking or returning it, but then thought better of it as what would I get her that's similar? Came very well packaged. Although I didn't unpack it as I was afraid that I might not get it back together and into the box it came in. I hope it's all in one piece. I should have ordered it as a gift so that she can return it from her place if it is. Too lake now.
