This luggage cover from Tucnoeu is a spandex type material that stretches and goes on for a snug fit. The price at the time of this review is $9.63 and I think that is a great deal to protect my luggage when flying this summer.All the holes line up with the areas that require access and the thickness of the fabric is more than expected for the price. My opinion of this luggage cover is 5 stars.I hope my thoughts, opinions, and photos help someone decide if a suitcase cover would be a good idea for their 19-21” suitcases.
