Utilisé depuis de nombreuses années, cette économe est vraiment idéal et très affûté. Fonctionne très bien avec le fromage de type parmesan. La lame a cassée au bout de plusieurs années ce qui est tout à fait normal vu l’utilisation intensive …on trouve sans problème des lames de rechange sur Amazon.

Works really well & speeds up the process of peeling (compared to a standard peeler) due to having a bit more grip on the vegetable you're peeling because of the serrated blades.Does speed matter? For me personally, yes. As I need to peel a lot of vegetables for work (60-80kg/week or more)Peeling about 20kg of carrots in 40 some minutes +-Been using the peeler for about a month now and it peels just fine, lost a tiny bit of sharpness but that's normal for any type of knife/cutting tool with frequent use, it's anything but dull, however.Wash after use & dry, take care of it as you would any other kitchen tool and it'll hold up just fine.I'd definitely recommend it and would pick one (or multiple) up again in future, just to have a spare or two, maybe give one to a colleague.
