This brings another dimension in painting and gives more life to drawings.

I have been searching for a new set of glitter pens with a wider range of colours for a couple of years. My existing set comprises only eight colours (Papermania - very good and mine have lasted really well), but this set includes twelve colours and they complement that set brilliantly. These pens produce a 1-1.5mm or so wide line so probably not the best for colouring, but excellent for writing, drawing or outlining. The nib may soften a little with use, but I don't think the width of the line they produce will get a lot wider. The ink dries to a very sparkly finish; there is no texture (like applying glitter to glue), but the effect is very good and it doesn't rub off easily when fully dry. The ink dries relatively slowly, but if you look closely you can see when it is fully dry.As with many pens that have a liquid ink, you need to shake these well to disperse the glitter pigment in the fluid. You also have to prime the nib to saturate it with the ink. I would suggest that when you receive these pens new and want to use them for the first time, you shake them well and then prime them by pumping the nib once or twice; be patient, you will see the ink working its way down the nib. Don't be tempted to pump the nib multiple times as you will flood it and cause the ink to blob, it's just a waste of ink. Just pump it a couple of times, wait and then pump more times as necessary, but be prepare to spend a few minutes priming the pens. Once they write, don't pump again until the nib isn't wet enough to write. The pens should last well if you don't make them blob and waste ink - less is more.I'm a life long pen addict and have no patience for those that don't work well or as described. These have not disappointed and I wish I'd been able to find them sooner - could have saved a lot of money!I'll post some images so that you can see how they actually look.

These glitter markers are do beautiful to work with. I do adult colouring books all the time and these are my favorites!
