This portable footrest has become my go-to traveling item. I *love* it. As long as you're careful/respectful, you won't be a menace pulling on the seat of the person in front of you, and you can easily adjust this to be higher or lower at different points in the flight.With that said, it absolutely requires something to be added to make it flat, otherwise your feet get shoved together in the middle whether you're wearing shoes or in your socks. This might not sound like a big deal to you, but I can assure you that it HURTS after even just a few minutes, and the material is slippery AND foldable enough that it's *definitely* going to happen.The easiest way to handle this is to use something like a book, but that something has to be sturdy. Someone mentioned using their Kindle in its hard case, and if that case completely protected the Kindle from the pressure of your feet, that's a good idea, too.For me, I'm planning on finding a thin but sturdy piece of plastic/wood/etc that I can slip into my under-seat bag along with the footrest. It will need to fold the opposite way that the footrest rolls up (lengthwise instead of widthwise, as the foot rest rolls up to be narrow) to provide enough resistance.This thing is so great that it's worth that little bit of extra effort to me, and I plan on using it until it falls apart. I'm a "need my knees up on the seat in front of me" kind of person (which is obviously super rude on a flight, so I don't do it), and this gives me that same sense of relief that putting my knees up does.

I flew from the US to the Netherlands and for the 8 hour flight I used this product and it was extremely helpful. I often get restless legs on long flights, as well as swelling and just general discomfort. This allowed me to be much more comfortable, even in an economy seat. I do wish I would have read that you need to add a book to it to make it a flat platform. I see it now that it's very clear in the description but somehow I missed it and didn't have an appropriate one with me. I still managed a comfortable few positions without the book. I will not fly long haul without this product again!

I bought this foot rest for a long-haul flight and it proved the perfect accessory for any traveller! I thought I'd use it for only a part of the flight but ended up keeping it up the whole time (and I think some people around me were a little jealous! ;).It fit perfectly over the seat table, even when it was stocked up (so you don't have to keep it down). You can adjust the length to suit you, and it helps you feel more comfortable with your feet up!I'm sure it's great for other uses, too, but definitely recommend this for any flights, whether long or short :)

Die Fußstütze ist super für kleinere Menschen auf Langstreckenflügen in der Chickenclass geeignet. Es entlastet die Oberschenkel und sorgt für eine bequeme Sitzhaltung.Sie lässt sich sehr leicht an jedem Tisch befestigen und ist danach auch schnell wieder klein zusammenzulegen. Das Gewicht passt auch. Die Qualität und Verarbeitung ist auch gut. Das Einstecken eines Buches habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert, ist aber sicherlich sinnvoll, da die Stütze sonst doch sehr „rund“ hängt. Was mich aber nicht gestört hat.Großen Menschen ist sie nicht zu empfehlen, da dafür in der heutigen Zeit kein Platz zwischen den Sitzen in der Economy ist.

Franchement, un produit touret simple ultra léger qui change le confort d un voyage en avion. Il faut l attacher sur le plateau qui est devant soi à la bonne hauteur et on voyage les jambes en hauteur.Ça change tout !
