Ich nutze die Gitter beim Kalträuchern, um dort Fleisch aufzulegen. Im Gegensatz zu den ollen Stahlrosten sind die "Drähte" hier recht fein und bleiben auch einigermaßen sauber, so daß ich keine schwarzen Striche auf dem Fleisch habe.Nach jedem Durchgang habe ich die Gitter nur kurz mit warmen Wasser und nem Tropfen Spüli gereinigt; dank der Beschichtung waren sie danach wieder sauber. Wunderbar!
