I purchased this product a year or two back and used it in different seasons. I over filled it many times and it held up well and kept the fire far from the ground and grass, which saved me sacrificing lawns to have my bonfires.The pouch is a bit tight to fit everything but it is doable if you format it right.After a while of use and potentially closing it before it cooled down; some parts began to bend so I messaged the company directly and with some quick questions, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement. The sales specialist, Jennifer made this customer service interaction one of the best I've had in the past years. Now a days, many companies do the bare minimum if that but UCO went beyond by making a great product, friendly customer service and quick, easy and generous service.I definitely recommend the product and definitely the company.
