I connected all the cables and the KVM switch does turn on, but I do not get any image on my monitor. Also the USB devices seem to be turning on and off again real quickly. I even tried to connect an extra power supply, as was advised in the manual. Sadly This did not help at all.

I was looking for a DisplayPort switch that I could use to connect my PC and laptop to a 49" ultrawide monitor (5120 x 1440 QHD). Both my keyboard and mouse can easily switch between devices, so my use case was to connect a USB webcam as well as a DAC to the switch.Installation out of the box was relatively straightforward. The switch came with 2 x DisplayPort cables and 2 x USB-A to USB-C cables (required to connect each computer to the switch) and switch button on a decently long cable. What didn't come supplied was a USB-C power adapter, which is required to power the switch. I used a spare 10W USB-C phone charger, which appears to be supplying sufficient power. As per the supplied instructions; on the rear of the switch I have connected the USB-C power, USB-A and DisplayPort in from both computers and DisplayPort out to the monitor. On the front of the switch I have connected the button alongside the webcam and DAC by USB-A. There is an additional USB-A port and a USB-C port along the front panel, which are not being used.The supplied cables were long enough for me to tuck the switch away under my desk with my cable run, but a longer DisplayPort cable may be required for some setups. The switch button is on a long enough cable to discreetly come up from my cable run and sit in a convenient spot on my desk.Operation couldn't be easier, just press the switch button to change inputs. Both the DAC and webcam are detected and operational straight away. Monitor resolution looks exactly the same as before, with no flickering. Both computers are used for productivity, so unable to provide any feedback on framerates for gaming.

Compact and stylish design and a great ease of use. Would recommend!

I tried one other KVM switch from Greathtek that did not deliver. Could not get it to connect to my 3440*1440 Ultrawide screen.I gave this one a go instead and it has not failed me so far. Build qualty also feels a lot better.Connections:- Desktop pc- Lenovo laptop connected via Lenovo dock- 1 x 3440*1440 Ultrawide- Webcam- Mouse- KeyboardSo after 3 days with this setup I'm satisfied.

Gran producto como todo lo de UGreen.Recomendado 100.Al usar el switch le toma 1 seg más o menos para cambiar / actualizar la salida de DP al monitor principal.Tengo conectados G915 TKL & G502X Lightspeed. A veces, al hacer el switch, el software de Logi tarda en volver a reconocer el equipo & cargar los perfiles, pero nada grave.Sólo ten en cuenta el cable que vas a usar; si tu equipo no tiene salida DP necesitas comprar un cable / adaptador.Recomiendo el cable Ugreen de usbC > DP.
