Title sums it up mostly. Again Ugreen didn't let me down. The equipment feels pretty solid. the adjustments similarly so. They are relatively easy to operate and never did I get the feeling I would break something when putting reasonable tension on it.So why not 5 star overall ?I applaud Ugreen on the effort they put into describing their product in detail. I do not feel they are trying to mislead, but yet, there are a few things that could be made more clear.Firstly the gravity thing. It took me a number of reads and going through reviews to fully understand this actually simple principle(but maybe it is just me). For those with the same issue though here is what it's about. Once you put the phone down on the lower grip, the two claws on the side will retract. The phone is not otherwise clamped in place. I find it very convenient since I can take the phone out again withouyt having to press some (tiny) release button and I personally don't have the feeling my phone will bounce out that easily. For those who take lots of very bumpy roads and are worried about this happening, you might want to consider a model with a tension grip.Next there is the vent holder attachment. Again this seems like a solid piece of kit. However it will mostly end up in the bin, on the side or as a paperweight. This is because using it requires removing the main grip part from the main support bracket. It cannot be used on its own and the only way I see this as being useful is when you go on holidays/take a rental car. That is when you can leave the arm attachment in your own car and bring this along (+ the part you removed). This is unfortunate and didn't come across, at least to me, in the original product description.Last there is the portability. Nowhere did I see reference on the product description page. However the included documentation says you are not supposed to, or not recommended (apologies, can't remember the exact wording) to remove this bracket after you put it in place. I think this is because the product relies heavily on it's 'gel' to stay in place, even though it looks mostly like a regular suction cup solution. That is slightly disappointing although not a showstopper for me. Still I would imagine potential buyers should be made more clearly aware of this. Haven't tried to pull it, but I hope it won't mess up my windscreen with some goopy residue if I even ever need to. Its sitting tight though, that's a pro.Would I recommend the product ?Taking in account the above mentioned 'caveats' I would say 100% yes. Yes I absolutely would.
