Cheap and it works

The chipset in the dongle is BT5.3 capable. But Windows will not recognize that and use the generic Bluetooth driver that is not capable of exploiting the BT 5.3 features, treating it as a BT 2.0 device instead.Ugreen claims that no driver is needed, but this claim is not correct. Ugreen does not deliver a driver that exploits the BT 5.3 capabilities of this dongle.

This device does not work with both Windows 10 and Windows 11. There are no recent drivers online.

It should be plug and play. But it is not. Windows 11 will setup a driver from 2006 which doesn't work.

Search the internet and you find many stories about this device and the combinaton with windows.

Demorou bastante pra chegar, mas eu já sabia que demoraria. Estava descrito a previsão de entrega no ato da compra. O produto funcionou perfeitamente com meu fone JBL.

I bought this because my PC didn't have Bluetooth. I will say I am not tech savvy so I did some googling on why my computer didn't have Bluetooth and then once I found out I could add Bluetooth by buying a little device I was all for that. So I came over to Amazon and did a quick little search and found this product. I bought it, it came really fast. I plugged it in almost instantly I have the logo for Bluetooth. So don't worry you don't have to be tech savvy to get it working on your device if you know how to plug things into your computer you can figure this out. It works great for my wireless headset. I couldn't have asked for a better product from Amazon. The best part was the price I didn't want to pay an expensive price for something I was not even 100% sure was going to work for what I needed it to work for. So yes overall great little product would recommend

Mi trovo benissimo lo preso perché il 5.0 avevo difficoltà nel conetersi sul balcone a una distanza di 2/3metri iniziava a perdere segnale con UGREEN 5.3 non ho più quel problemi e anche il buffer audio e molto meglio che il 5.0 . La distanza e di 3/4metri nel mio casa in casa con dei muri spesi riesco a rimanere connesso e non perdere segnale . Non so se sia una casa a doppio piano se la soletta della casa può ostacolare il segnale .Però per lutilizo audio e veramente ottimo
