I bought this originally specifically because it claimed to work with both the Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch for both charging and HDMI display. It definitely does, so I am now able to use the Nintendo Switch on either the TV dock or on another TV using this device and plugging into the USB-C port. I also bought an Anker GaN charger to power this, and it can charge both the Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch while they're running, and charges the Steam Deck OLED at max (white LED).Pros:* Allows Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck to both charge and display to TV connected via HDMI* Solid construction, and lots of ports* USB-C power pass-through works pretty wellCons:* Not many, but a longer built-in USB-C cable, and maybe some rubber feet so it doesn't slide around would be nice

No issues with this USB C hub. UGREEN seems to be a reliable choice.

Ha tutto ciò che serve ed anche di più. Funziona benissimo, io l'ho usato con il Mac m2 e un tablet samsung serie s8 ed andava senza problemi. Non c'è molto da dire, le porte son veloci, la ricarica rispetta i valori indicati. La qualità costruttiva buona, è robusto, i materiali sono buoni, bello esteticamente. Non scalda, si intiepidisce un po', ma è normale quindi non rappresenta un difetto o qualcosa di cui preoccuparsi.

Mac Studioに買い替えてポートが多くなったので省電力を進めようと、ほぼUSB HubとしてしかつかわなくなったThunderbolt3 DockのCalDigit TS3 Plusから、ためにしこれを選んでみた。すると・・・SATA SSD(TimeMachineに使用）とHDMIを同時につなぐとハングアップ。むぅ、失敗したか・・・。と、ここでふと我に帰る。そう言えばこれはUSB Hubだった。給電しなくちゃダメだよね。ってんで手持ちの20WのUSB電源でHubのPDポート使って給電。はい、ど安定。SATA SSD 4TBとHDMI、他USB機器繋いでも安定。ふぅ。Mac StudioのTunderbolt4ポートにこれを繋いでもHubなので多くは給電してくれないようで、別途HubのPDポートで給電する必要があるようっすね。とはいえこれまでのCalDigit TS3 Plusの100WクラスのAC電源と比べれば1/5の20WのUSB充電器なんで、ね。W数が見られるUSB-Cケーブル使ってみたら大体6W-7Wぐらいしか使ってないので省電力化は目的達成。これ用に10Wとか15WくらいのUSB充電器でもいいかも。あ、普通はNote PCで使うから十分なPD給電するだろうからそんなこと考えなくていいのか。てことで、あれこれ挿してこれを安定して使うにはPDからの給電必須かと思います。【追記】結構暑くなるので、より安定して使うために40mm × 100mm × 20mmという割と大きめのヒートシンクをつけてみたら、ヒートシンクも結構熱く（50度ぐらい？）なりますね。常時設置なら（夏場は特に）ヒートシンク取り付けを考えた方がいいかもです。

I was after an affordable dock that would work with my MacBook Pro M3 Max. Thunderbolt docks were out of the question due to their astronomical price so I got one of these and it works great. I have gigabit LAN, 4k screen at 60hz, a 5 TB mechanical hard drive, a Keyboard and Mouse attached. All works great. My only slight complaint is that the cable is rather short, but I think this is more to do with the USB 3.2 specs limiting it's length to achieve the bandwidth, rather than anything the manufacturer could do. Officially the USB spec doesn't even support extension cables, so I can't hide it behind my desk, but not a big issue. It gets a bit warm, but been used daily for over 6 months now and it's great.
