For starters, here is some information about me which could be useful for others to compare:Male27 years oldheight: 183cm~Weight: 90KgI've had this bike for about a week and it's doing its job very well. From assembly, to actual use, to storing it, it's a simple and effortless process.Assembly was done in about 30-40 minutes by myself, everything you need is included in the package. Though keep in mind, the package is quite heavy at first.Storage is not a problem either. The footprint of the bike is pretty narrow, so when folded it can be stored very easily in some corner, between cabinets or underneath somewhere. Even when it's folded out, it has a pretty small footprint, but despite that it is sturdy when in use, you don't feel like you'll fall off, or that the bike is moving at all.I have watched a YouTube review beforehand, and the person said that the seat has been improved a lot from the previous model. I can't compare that. But I have noticed the seat isn't as comfortable to sit on after long use. I usually ride the bike for about a 30Km ride which is about 75 minutes for me. And after 30 minutes give or take, the seat starts to hurt my butt and I have to adjust every so often. Keep that in mind when you're going to do long rides. Maybe invest in a gel seat cover. As for the usage of the bike. I have almost no complaints. The settings go from 1 to 8, and they are noticeable step ups from each other. Not as gradual as actual gym bikes of course, but it does the trick.I have felt that at higher settings especially 8, The cord in the machine sometimes skips, maybe because it loses friction or something? I don't know. So that makes it not a smooth experience.Though I must say, I haven't used the 8 setting much yet. I usually sit around 4-5 for my long rides (I keep a pace of 25km/h at these settings), which is more than enough for me to get a good burn in my legs and break a sweat. The display has simple information shown, you control it with one button which you circulate the different settings with.I have noticed that the heartbeat sensors are working odd. When you grab the sensors, it begins at around a 70bpm (even if you're already halfway or at the end of an exercise) and it slowly ramps up to your actual heartrate. This can take some time, so if you want an accurate of your heartrate instantly, then this probably won't be possible. This is what I've noticed after using the heartrate sensors a couple times. Might be a defect or something. But it doesn't really bother me.In conclusion. If you're looking for a fairly inexpensive exercise bike for in your home, which you can place at a tv/behind a computer, to watch a show or TV or anywhere even, this is the perfect bike for you. Comes with multiple settings for each individual's strengths and is easy to store and to use.

Before I bought the hometrainer I was going through the reviews looking for a performance review about the intensity of the resistance levels of the hometrainer. Since I could not find any the main focus of this review will about that. The remainder of the topics are already discussed thoroughly by other reviewers so I'll put less/no focus on those topics.- I have the F-Bike Heavy version- Assembly duration: approx 1 hr by myself. All assembly equipment are included.- Personal background: female, 33 y/o, weigh about 67kg, 1.65cm height, average resting HR between 45-49- Personal purpose of hometrainer: targeting fat burning zone- Seat setting: I use the lowest seat setting, one notch higher would also be possible but might be slightly less comfortable.- Resistance level warm up: 3- Resistance level targeting weight control/low intensity (HR 93-130): 5- Resistance level targeting fat burning/Aerobic zone (HR 131-149) - 50% fat burn and 50% carb burn: 6Since the hometrainer has 8 resistance levels and I'm able to target my fat burning zone on level 6 with a medium pace, there's plenty room for me to work up to level 8 with an even higher pace. For me this hometrainer is at this point perfect to reach my goals. However, I did read a few reviews about a snapped belt after a while - I hope those are exceptions and that it will not happen to mine.

Edit:Had this bike for 3 years now and its done 2000km, based on its built in computer. It started to make a knocking noise so I checked inside (you can see inside through the top cover with a torch) and one of the two drive belts on the fly-wheels has started to fray and has split. I contacted Ultrasport and they are sending me a replacement belt, with instructions on how to replace it for free. This is outside of warranty, and they said they will do this for any bike that needs a belt replacement. That’s excellent customer service!(If you want to replace the belt yourself, there are two within the bike, and they are standard size and pretty cheap to find on eBay or elsewhere. The 230J attaches to the metal flywheel, and the 240J attaches to the larger plastic drive wheel. About £6 each.)A decent exercise bike for a good price. Easy to assemble and seems to be pretty robust, though we’ve only had it a month, so too early to tell.Until now we’d only had a small floor exercise bike - the kind that doesn’t have a seat and you place under a chair. It was pretty rubbish with practically no resistance. This proper, magnetic bike has a decent amount of resistance at level 7 and 8. It’s very subjective, though, and if you’re a keen cyclist you might disagree. For us, it’s perfect. Quite small, easy to fold up and with enough resistance to give me a decent bit of exercise after working from my home office all day.(Note that if you are under 5ft3 or so, you may struggle to reach the pedals comfortably. My wife is 5ft and I had to saw a couple of inches off the bottom of the seat post so she was at the correct height to use it when sitting. Not a big deal, easy with a hack saw and some elbow grease, and I can still use it at the higher seat settings.)
