Ich benutze den Ball bei Pilatesübungen zur stabilisation. Der Ball kann super einfach durch das beiliegende Mundstück aufgepustet und die Luft genauso leicht wieder abgelassen werden. Ich würde den Ball wieder kaufen.

I have been using a volleyball for certain exercises, but I thought I would switch to a similarly sized pilates ball to reduce any risk of sudden bursting.This is a good size and once inflated it does the job that I need it to do.That said, I am not a fan of the "valve" and straw inflation option. A proper valve like the ones that most sports balls have would be a far better option, even though it does mean that you need a proper hand pump to inflate them.I also think that the current price of £11.99 is quite steep, given the pretty basic nature of the ball.I hope you find these comments helpful.
