I don't often leave actual reviews, but just had to after 2 weeks of using this build plate on my Bambu Lab X1C. This things just works time after time with such minimal maintenance.I was way too excited when it first arrived that I grabbed it and just put it in the printed and loaded up a print. Can anyone guess what happened based on that sentence? Print failed after first layers and started dragging print around the plate. Rookie move! I forgot to do 2 critical things. 1. I forgot to let it warm up. It came in the winter as this was December in Canada. It was cold. I should have preheated the build plate in the printer for about 10-15 minutes before first print. 2. Forgot to WASH IT! This is true of any plate you first open and are about to use. Wash it well with very warm water and dish soap that does not have additives that are meant to make your hands softer while doing dishes. Dawn works great, but I have issues with scents and Dawn has scented soap. I buy a cheap other brand that is clear and no smells added.After washing well and drying with paper towel and being sure to not touch the plate anywhere but the front and back "handle" like areas, I popped it in the printer and proceeded to print like a champ! Prints popped right off after leaving the plate to cool like 4-5 minutes after printing and a quick small bending of the plate. I can and have easily done 20 prints in between washes and even switching filaments. All i have to do it bend the plate, remove print, remove the 2 prep lines the printer always puts down and drop it back in the printer ready for the next print.Various filaments stick every time since my first hasty attempt.10/10 - would recommend and buy again if anything ever happens to this one.

I bought this just to try it out as it was way cheaper than most. I plopped it on my Bambu A1, calibrated the bed and hit print with some PLA. I didn't clean it. Three prints in, and it's good! The smooth surface seems durable. I don't see any marks yet where the nozzle does it's little circles while cleaning. So far, no prints have failed, and the smooth matte finish is nice. The other side is textured, but minimally, and may work better for PETG or TPU.

Venu en remplacement du lit PEI de la marque BambuLab, je suis satisfait de ce plateau "rugueux".Comparé au plateau noir de la marque, celui ci est jaune !! mais quelle idée ?? Alors, ce n'est qu'esthétique, mais ce jaune moutarde n'est tout de même pas des plus jolis...Passons la couleur, question accroche, c'est très bien, à condition de bien chauffer le plateau à 55-60 degrés pour que la première couche accroche comme il se doit...Une fois refroidi la print se décroche tout seul, ou s'il s'agit d'un grande pièce, un peu de torsion et le tour est joué.Ce que j'adore avec ce type de surface, c'est l'aspect gaufré que cela confère à la 1ère couche.. Super!Niveau tarif, on est finalement sensiblement au même tarif que le plateau texturé de bambulab... Reste à voir maintenant s'il va aussi bien, vieillir, ou si ou bout d'une centaines de print il sera rincé...
