I ordered these in XXL as this size always fits me, but I took one look at them when they arrived and thought that they would never fit me. They are small in every direction and short as well to the point where they fit my size 10 wife! I am very disappointed as they look good and would have been great to wear to the gym. Although the fabric is made from man-made fibres it looks like a special construction that will allow air to circulate. they will also be easy to wash and quick to dry. Front slant pockets are useful, and the waist is elasticated with an extra drawstring for good fit. I like the side slits at the hem that give ease of movement. The shorts are fairly well made, but there are some loose threads and ends of overlocking that need finishing off so that they do not unravel.

These shorts are a true fit for size and do look like the advert when on (grab the thighs). They are actually not too bad stitching wise. The drawstring is ok but the holes that feed the string are not stitched and will wear very quickly which is disappointing.
