First of I will point out two negatives - and they are pathetic complaints.1 - the thread is a little rough... it has some burrs. I recommend that you put it on and off a few times to smooth out these thread burrs - before you use it "properly".2 - As some people have noted, the colour in the Amazon image isn;t exactly what you get - and I am NOT complaining about this (see below).I used to be a professional photographer - I can tell you that it is difficult (sometimes impossible) to get the colours of metallic items correctly AND different websites and browsers will still show them differently evne if your photo was perfect.===================================And now the good - this is HEAVY. it is a truly beautiful piece, thick and well made, with crisp consists details and a lovely smooth semi-satin finish to the metal.And the colour - I think the reality is BETTER than the picture. The picture is a little too colourful - this is really a half-way point between silver and gold... a semi-gold-yellow lustre on a silverish background.Mine weighs approximately 700grams.the paw prints design is a little odd (not the shape, the actual cutting out) - I would have expected it to be ground out with something like a Dremel tool... and thus leaving smooth curves and rounded edges.It looks, however, as if it's been cut out with a metal-chisel of some sort, the curves are made up (when you look closely) of connected straight line cuts.This is not a complaint though - it's not mean to be looked at from 2" away... and from normal viewing distance you do not notice the straight cuts.So what do you think? Worth £40?Abso-bloody-lutley - this is a beautiful way to remember the 20 years of love and affections and purrs my pussycats gave me.

Jolie urne au design sobre. Par contre, elle est annoncée pour les cendres d'un animal de 23 kg max, mais je pense qu'elle est trop petite pour ce poids. Ma sharpette ne pesait que 18. Kg au moment de sa mort, et l'urne était quasiment pleine. Je ne pense pas qu'elle puisse contenir les cendres d'un animal de plus de 20kg.
