Just like my title, I recently found a bunch of SD cards from the early aughts with pictures on them, went to plug them into my current laptop, only to discover there were no SD slots! When did they get rid of those? And why? Oh right to charge us to use their clouds. Of course.Needless to say I needed something to look them up on and now you need another thing for that and so this is the one I chose and it works great! I like that it has a slot for the HUGE cards that old cameras used to need too, not just the smaller, mini and micro ones. I don't have any huge photo cards but I thought hey why turn down an extra feature when you can have it, just in case? The other ones I looked at didn't seem to have the bigger slot. If you're a photographer and you have the huge cards, this is the one! And of course it works on micro and regular ones too. Installed automatically like most things do these days and was super easy to use. Now i can get those pictures off of the cards.In short, does what it says and has every slot you currently could need!

I tested on Windows 10. Driver automatically installs upon plugin. No downloads necessary.Likes: Blue power led, plus blue led for each slot lights up when card inserted. USB 3.0. Metal case. Quality build.Dislikes: The blue led is above each of the card slots, but the label for slot type is on the bottom of the device. Labels for each slot could be bigger. I bent a pin in the CompactFlash slot, requiring small tweezers and magnifying glass to fix.
