When I first got into embroidery, kits were very expensive and often the designs weren’t even very appealing. It’s nice to see this changing, with this pack of 4 kits currently priced at £17.99 and featuring lovely naturalistic floral designs. Each kit is packaged separately and included pre-printed cloth, a couple of needles, and all the necessary flosses already numbered and organised on a card. You also get a very clear set of instructions printed if colour on both sides of an A4 paper which shows the all the necessary stitches, how to knot your thread, how to finish off, etc. The working diagram cleverly shows a clear photo of the finished piece with each component labelled as to stitch used and how many strands you will need. Also included are 2 embroidery hoops. These are plastic and to my mind, not as nice as wooden hoops however realistically they are probably just as durable and less prone to warping. If used to display any of the pieces, they are also a pale colour that will resemble natural wood from a distance. You could easily split the sets for gifting, and although only 2 hoops are included, embroidery hoops can be purchased quite cheaply if you require more for working or display. The images are lovely too, showing bunches of wildflowers that will look just as at home in modern decor as traditional. Great value and ideal for beginners, especially as all the stitches used are quite basic and easy to master.

I am new to embroidery, but I am a crafter and I couldn't resist these four beautiful floral designs after trying another set for the first time.It comes with everything for a complete beginner, all the colours embroidery thread, embroidery needles and two hoops. I have found the instructions were clear enough.Once I am finished I intend to frame them as they are so lovely.I will definitely purchase more from this brand, and I am going to get some as gifts too.
