I received two of these 16GB/PC4-19200 modules in sequence - the second to replace the first - and both ended up failing MemTest86 tests in the mini desktop I ordered the module for. I then ended up testing both modules in another computer (laptop), and they worked.Maybe this is a broader problem with SK Hynix memory modules, which the V7 modules actually turned out to be; they have slightly different SK Hynix type numbers, which explains the modules looking quite different as the picture shows.I ended up giving up on V7 and decided to acquire a different (non SK Hynix) brand module instead - at least two other brands have proven to pass testing in the mini desktop.

Actual chips on the ram sticks are SK hynix and micron. Memtest OK. Used as ram replacement in PowerEdge T110 II, working fine with 4x 8GB configuration.
