I bought these in April because my arch was stretching out with all the walking I do at work in my steel toe boots and it was a ridiculous amount of pain on my arches and heels. We can only choose from a pre-approved list of shoes to use at the plant so I got these to go inside my shoes.Fast forward to January and I’ve been using these insoles every day with no pain but they do squeak a lot when I walk (not an issue in a loud factory environment). This week I got sent to Texas to support another facility and had to get new shoes and forgot to get the insoles to go with it… when I tell you this week has been a time of SUFFERING, it’s to the point where my feet hurt so bad at the end of the day that even switching into my Hokas doesn’t provide any relief. My arch in particular feels so stretched out. The hard plastic arch support on these insoles takes a little getting used to but it’s seriously effective if you’re a heavier person walking 3+ miles a day on concrete all day. I will definitely be purchasing a second set of these for my gear out in Texas.

Seitdem ich die Einlagen benutze sind die Fuß schmerzen weniger geworden, angenehm beim Gehen entlastet spürbar den Druckschmerz den ich hatte. Gute Qualität kein billiges Material . Bin sehr zufrieden
