Vanguard Alta Action 80 statieftas 80 cm

Bought this bag because I didn't want to shell out AU$150+ for a Gitzo bag.I know it's probably intended to suit one or another of the Vanguard tripods, but this 'Alta Action 80' fits my GT-4533LS like a glove! Very nice form with a little wiggle room to spare. No floppiness at one or the other end when I pick it up, with my tripod taking up almost the entire length - perfect! I have a ~50mm ball head on top and it fits in fine. I'll be swapping that for a 75mm levelling bowl adaptor and pan-tilt head, which might be a little bit of a stretch, but I think may just fit. Forget about chucking a gimbal in here though, but you already knew that, right?Not sure if this would fit a 5 series Gitzo with the larger spider on top. My 4 series has the legs of a 5, but the spider of a 3.Bag is well built, I was not concerned in this regard as I've been carrying one of the Alta Sky backpacks for a while, and so I have reasonably confidence in the brand. At the price level, I think it's hard to beat. The fabric looks tough, zip works well, and handles/straps are very nicely made.The only drawback I can see is a lack of accessory pockets (well, there's a pouch inside with a velcro padding, but anything inside that will rub against your tripod), and the zip which runs straight down one of the tripod legs and could conceivably scratch it (a lightly padded inner lip around the zip would have been nice). These are small things though.Overall a really lovely tripod bag at a stellar price, and I am a happy camper!

the quality of the bag is nothing compared to Manfrotto ,design wise it looks good , I had bought thinking that it will replace my existing Manfrotto bag as per dimensions . In my Manfrotto bag I can have 5 stands and multiple clamps .In this bag can only fit three .

Ich habe diese Tasche für ein Manfrotto Einbeinstativ und einen Manfrotto Pro2W Kugelkopf gekauft. Ich wollte das Manfrotto-Gehäuse nicht kaufen, weil es oben zu breit ist und zu viel Platz übrig blieb, so dass das Einbeinstativ viel herumkam. Dieses Gehäuse ist oben viel schmaler und passt perfekt. Außerdem ist die Qualität sowohl des Materials des Koffers als auch des Reißverschlusses gut.Für diesen Preis ist es ein guter Kauf.
