Viscosity of the product I received seems to be far too liquid since it was pouring out of the tube onto my trousers and a chair. Yes, I did shake it ahead and no, I wasn’t applying any pressure to the tube. I was just flipping it over.Hence the attached sponge was useless as it wasn’t soaking up the liquid.

Das Nikwax Wachs hat sich zu meinem favorisierten Pflegemittel (für Schuhe :-D ) gemausert!Es ist aufgrund der flüssigen Konsistenz sehr gut aufzutragen und zieht gut ins Leder ein-wo es dann überzeugende Wirkung in Form von sehr guter Wasserbeständigkeit zeigt!Dies funktioniert natürlich bei Nubuk und Glattleder und "kleistert" dennoch das Leder und evtl vorhandene Membranen (Goretex,...) nicht zu!Meckern: Die Tube ist ein Selbstzerfallprodukt...nach einer Minute war der Auftragschwamm abgefallen.Fazit: absolut geniales Pflegemittel für viele Schuharten. Tube ist verbesserungswürdig! Tipp: alte Zahnbürste als Auftragbürste nutzen.

Hace años que vengo comprando este producto para mantener mis botas de alpinismo y trekking y el resultado ha sido siempre excelente en cuanto al cuidado del cuero, costuras, la membrana Gore-Tex y la impermeabilidad.

I used this to waterproof a leather motorcycle jacket on a road trip around Scotland. It worked extremely well as I stayed completely dry the entire time. Even in some harsh Scottish rain.I did apply twice before I left and once while on the trip. It dries overnight and leaves no residue.A little goes a long way and this should last me for around 6 months.Great product and will buy again
