VAUDE Wizard 18+4 uniseks-volwassene Rugzak

This is a wizardry of a bag for sure. I've been looking for a highly polyvalent bag for the past couple of weeks to replace a Deuter backpack: something I could use for running to/from work, biking from time to time and obviously for hiking and even travelling, and why not for photography as well...I had previously ordered a Vaude Splash but it wasn't comfortable and had to be returned. I also tried a Deuter Speed Lite 20, but I didn't like the design nor the look of it (no hip belt, no back ventilation system).This Wizard is indeed much more comfortable than the Splash, with a better, more padded hip belt. It also comes with an adjustment system for the curvature of the ventilation system in the back, so that it keeps your back fresh or maximise the internal storage space, depending on your preferences. You can also adjust the length of the shoulder strap with their special Velcro fastening system (useful for people with a long back or large chest).Other than this, it has nearly the same excellent design as the Vaude Splash, but with a larger internal compartment (I have the 18+4L version). It has one big main section and several pockets here and there. Once you expand the bag to 22L, it is huge and can easily contain a large jacket, a pair of shoes, work clothes and a large lunch container (the lunch won't fit so well in the 18L configuration). So it's definitely a great choice for run or bike to work commuters. Also note that the 18L configuration can pack more stuff than the Deuter Speed Lite 20L...Zippers seems great as well and the integrated rain cover should be useful. There is also a system to attach a cane/ice axe/tripod. I did not tested it yet though.The fit is great, the bag doesn't jump around while I run, although I must admit that the bag would have benefited from another set of "tighteners" on its base, so that you can make the bag snugger when you only carry a small charge or when it's empty.Also, it does look good, especially in the coconut colour, almost smart... It doesn't look sporty and unnecessarily colourful like some other running bags.A couple of negative points : the pocket on the hip belt could be a tad bigger to fit a modern smartphone (>5 inches) or large GPS and all straps could be much shorter: they have an appropriate length for a very large person wearing a very thick winter jacket... I might trim them eventually.Overall, an excellent buy at a very attractive price!

Ho usato ben due versioni di questo ormai eterno zaino della Vaude. Ne ho comprata un'altra per regalo, perché il modello è robusto e veramente indistruttibile. C'erano alcuni difetti, ma qui, devo dire, sono molto migliorati.ASPETTO: Design pulito, sportivo, ma non eccessivamente. Si presta anche per l'uso in città. Materiali come sempre molto robusti, tessuti spessi, cerniere perfettamente scorrevoli, cuciture ripassate e rifinite, anelli di cordino molto robusti, mesh traspirante... Insomma, molto buono. Migliorato anche il tessuto delle tasche laterali: nel modello precedente tendeva a cedere, in questo no. Il colore Indian red è decisamente tendente al rosso porpora. Lo trovo piacevole e ben visibile.SPAZI: ben organizzati. Scomparto centrale grande con possibilità di estensione con cerniera (ottimo, già testato) più tasca per la sacca idrica. Tasca esterna con piccoli scompartimenti per penne e oggetti e cerniera interna per valori. Aggiunta una tasca a vita molto capiente (dovrebbe starci il cellulare) con tessuto elastico, molto comoda. Ottime ed elastiche le due tasche laterali. Peccato che lo schienale curvo rubi sempre un po' di spazio nello scompartimento principale, il che rende lo zaino poco adatto al trasporto di libri, computer o altre cose rigide che non si adattano a questa deformazione interna.SCHIENALE e portabilità: è un aspetto anch'esso molto migliorato. Lo schienale è regolabile in lunghezza e in curvatura (come nella penultima versione) ed è molto comodo: si può infatti aumentare molto la curvatura della schiena per arieggiare, oppure ridurla in caso non sia necessaria. Consigliato per chi suda molto. La novità però sta nella fascia ventrale, che ora è molto più avvolgente e dà un ottimo supporto al peso dello zaino e lo rende, a tutti gli effetti, un ottimo zaino per escursioni giornaliere. Ottimi anche gli spallacci, robusti ma ora resi molto più traspiranti.ACCESSORI: non è uno zaino molto accessoriato. Ha solo una clip esterna per i bastoncini (molto funzionale e di buona tenuta) e il copripioggia. Un piccolo anello per posizionare la clip led notturna. Essenziale, senza fronzoli. Non adatto a chi ama appendere tutto all'esterno.In conclusione consiglio questo zaino come un ottimo zaino multisport (soprattutto bicicletta ed escursionismo, senza escludere la città) a chi suda molto e vuole uno zaino veramente traspirante e ben regolabile. Ottimo per tutti quelli che vogliono usare lo zaino senza remore: è effettivamente molto robusto, adatto a tutti gli usi e anche a discreti carichi.

Dieser Rucksack gefällt mir bislang großartig. Ich nutze ihn gegenwärtig viel im Alltag und möchte ihn nicht mehr missen.Nutzt man ihn beim Einkauf beeindruckt mich das Fassungsvermögen immer aufs Neue, die extra Tasche musste ich bislang nicht verwenden. Auch eine Kurzreise über 4 Tage könnte alleine mit diesem Rucksack bewältigt werden.Wird es schwer macht man einfach den Beckengurt fest. Mit meinen 1.88m passt er mir gut, nach dem ich die Justierung abgeschlossen hatte.Das vordere Fach mit seinem kleinen Organiser ist toll.Ich konnte sogar meinen Laptop (15 Zoll) im Wasserschlauchfach verstauen.Bislang konnte ich ihn noch nicht beim Trekking auf einer Tagestour testen, bin aber fest überzeugt dass er auch hier voll punktet.Die Verarbeitung ist toll, volle KaufempfehlungenEdit: Es ist fast drei Jahre her, dass ich den Rucksack gekauft habe. Das einzige Anzeichen der Zeit ist, dass die Farbe nicht mehr so kräftig strahlt wie am Anfang. Und das ist schon "Jammern auf hohem Niveau". Nähte, Reißverschlüsse, Material, Träger... Alles ohne Verschleißerscheinungen die nennenswert wären.Fazit: Sitzt gut, ist versatil, langlebig und grün. Ich denke hier kann man nichts falsch machen.

Best day pack I have ever had, comfy, adaptable, pretty

A good warm weather day pack. My only gripe is that I can't reach the side water bottle pockets when I'm wearing it. On a positive note, the water bottle pockets are nice and deep to prevent the bottles from falling out (this probably contributes to the reach problem!).
