Système en acier inoxydable de tension de câble ou de cordage de petite taille (garcette, corde à linge, hauban pour petit mât. M4 signifie module 4, la taille du filetage. Le système comporte un côté avec pas de vis à droite (habituel) et l'autre à gauche (inversé donc). Exactement comme sur un pédalier de vélo ou des rétroviseurs de moto. Bref.Donc une fois la corde à linge (par exemple) nouée le plus serré possible de chaque côté (avec un nœud de chaise typiquement), il suffit de faire tourner la pièce centrale (sans laisser tourner les deux autres pièces) pour raccourcir ou allonger le système. Veillez à mettre le tendeur en position la plus longue possible avant de commencer.Pensez à détendre le système quand il ne sert pas pour ne pas abimer le câble ou la corde.Une fois qu'on sait s'en servir on trouve de nmbreux usages. Bien foutu et solide.

These are excellent quality adjustable hook/eyes at a very reasonable price. Do check the measurements of what you require, to avoid disappointment. I was rather hoping to use them for some 12mm polyhemp rope, but although the hook end will fit the rope, there is no way I am going to get the 12mm rope through the eye, so won't be using these spliced into a rope loop. I think the maximum rope size would be 10mm, but 8mm would be better. I can get around this issue by using a clasp, or "D-bolt", so not a problem really.Also, the "shortening distance" (from longest-to-shortest length by adjustment of the screw threads) is 3-4cm, so they won't take up a LOT of slack, so careful about expectations and research what you intend to use them for. Good product though - good quality.
