After first couple of uses the kettle which was never a quiet boil became and still is increasingly noisy. The good news is it really does keep the water hot for a considerable period of time .

Optisch sehr ansprechend und auch nicht so überdimensional. Gute Warmhalteleistung über ca. 4 Stunden. Allerdings braucht er verhältnismäßig lange und ist auch relativ laut, daher ein Punktabzug.

Excellent product, keeps the water hot for longer so reducing the cost of re-heating, well worth the money.

I'm terrible at putting the kettle on to boil, then wandering off and forgetting about it and coming back and having to boil it all over again. With this kettle, it's still boiling hot, so I probably halve the electricity I use on kettle boiling!The only slight negative is that 1.7l isn't that many mugs of tea.
