It works great after some modification by removing some of the ceramic around the heating element and placing a thermal couple inside because there was non. I hate that why don't they include it right away? All other sites that sell the same iron but with thermalcouple are more expensive and i though there would be a thermal couple inside but nope that's why it gets 3 stars
