based on the description it should have 12 or 24 Volts, but in reality it's 15/30 Volts. so check first with multimeter before connect to the devices. As my end device support range of 12-24V it wasn't a problem for me.

My unit had an output of 31.7v. Even though i know the reading is always higher without any load on it, i think 7,7v extra is a bit to much. I'd expected somewhere around 28 to 29v max. To bad i have to send it back.

Il trasformatore acquistato e compatibile su guida DIN è affidabile e compatto, ideale. Offre doppia uscita 15/24V AC con protezione termica integrata.

Fait très bien son travail pour une sonnette visiophone Ring Visio doorbell pro (1). Pas la peine de le payer plus cher... fonctionne en 14v sans problème avec la bonne intensité.

Finalmente il cancelletto si apre senza problemi, il trasformatore è risultato nel tempo indispensabile perché il degrado o l'usura del cavo citofonico non garantivano più un voltaggio adeguato per l'apertura dell'elettro serratura Cisa... Aggiungendo questa trasformatore insieme ad un relè è stato possibile risolvere il problema, il relè serve unicamente perché il cancelletto si apre da due appartamenti distinti... Il trasformatore in questione non scalda inoltre sembra di essere di buona qualità, il fatto che sia un prodotto italiano fatto in Italia è una caratteristica positiva in più...
