What can I say? The product works as intended. The package was nice and there is a nice cable with double USB-C charger in the box. Took me 10 seconds to set it up.

Ordered this a month ago. One of the batteries didn't charge too well. Send a message to Venom via the Amazon platform. Very friendly customer service and very quick solution!Charging both batteries is easy with the supplied (double) cable.Saves you a lot of batteries and money!

Works well, cheaper than the official Xbox one. First time buying a third party one.Doesn’t seem to last as long as it states in the advertisement reason for the lower stars.I game maybe 12 hours a week and I have to charge it twice also, on my Xbox even when controller battery is fully charged it shows 3/4 of the battery is full so maybe I have a defected item not sure.

This is very poor quality made... the plastic holding the usb-c inut broke inside the battery so impossible to charge. I can tell it was glued by hand or something. Going to order from another brand this is a scam. Wish i could upload the picture without giving amazon my entire storage acess -__-

This is false advertising, I think these may only perfectly work with xbox 360 controllers. The batteries are facing the wrong way for series X/S controllers. The battery fits my Xbox one controller but the battery case doesn't fit any Series X/S or my xbox one controller. Completely avoid.

Akkupack für Xbox generell ne gute Idee, aber nach 4 Wochen läßt es sich nicht mehr komplett aufladen. Mein Sohn ist verärgert.Voll Sorry , musste meine Rezension nun updaten. Obwohl es Anfangs so aussah als ob es keine Antwort gäbe kam eine aus England. Genau da sitzen sie. Total nett und unkompliziert wurde direkt ein neues Akku Pack geschickt. Also gehts auch ohne EU 🤣Danke für die fewundlichen Supporr

The best recharging batteries I have used for Xbox controllers. I have experience with this product since I bought the Xbox SX three years ago. The batteries and cable continued to work perfectly for three years. After the battery stopped charging and the cable head did not charge either, I searched for this product on Amazon and did not find it except on Amazon UK.I hope that the efficiency of the batteries and cable is still of the same quality as befor .
