So I've done a make shift version for time being.Yes it does block the morning sunlight & during the day.It's certainly improved my quality of my night time sleep & none of this 4/5am waking up!Velcro pads are good and holding. It's lightweight, easy to manage if your going yo cut to sized windows. I won't be I'll do it in one big piece to the window frame.

They are now very affordable and almost inexpensive, but also an essential if you have a south facing large window which lets in a lot of light in the summer.These are easy to fit and also easy to remove. Once in place and fitted properly they stop almost 100% of the light and also keep the room cool by reflecting the infrared rays.Recommended.
