EDIT- October 2024- seller changes price from £13.70 to over £20. No guinea pig food is worth £20. You're better off buying good quality hay. Shame the greediness takes over these days, please, do not fall for it (unless you have so much money you don't know what to do with)...This is one of the best food you can give to your piggies. Never had a piggie who wasn't eating it.It's not alfalfa based, meaning less calcium, meaning lower chance of issues with bladder stones.It is currently more expensive and harder to get due to Brexit. But you should only give one tablespoon per pig a day. So this will last you. Ensure you put it in air tight container to keep vit c going for as long as possible.Their food should be based on hay diet, anything above one tablespoon and you're fuelling issues with bladder stones etc (obviously, genetics....).I've had piggies reach ages over 7+ easily. One made it to be 10 years old. All thanks to good quality food, hay and correct housing. Been using this food for years and happy to pay extra rather than risk lower quality food that are packed with alfalfa or mixed with seeds or flakes...
