I am an avid reader. My chiropractor suggested my head posture was causing problems and asked if I read a lot. His wife, who runs the practice, said she had the same issue and bought a stand for her books.I searched a bunch of stands and ultimately chose this one. It's better than I thought it would be! It adjusts to the perfect height, it's really sturdy and steady, it has a small enough footprint I can tuck it behind my living room chair when I want it out of the way, and it comes with an extra little tray you can adjust that holds my huge mug of tea and phone and is SO secure and sturdy, also adjustable!I can scoot this really close to my chair and it holds huge books all the way down to my little reading tablet.It's nice looking, too, which is important to me.

It was very easy to put together. It just took a few mins. Love that I can use it on the floor or desk. The paper clips are great for holding music sheets or cookbooks in place. Great buy!
