We had this cat tree for 2 months and we just noticed that 2 posts have mold on them. I found out that more people left a review about the mold in this product.... Do not recommend.

Cat condo came with an instructional sheet on how to assemble, but even without it, it was definitely easier to assemble in comparison to any Ikea furniture. There was no visible tilt nor slant in the condo structure after assembly, and my scaredy-cat has taken to it in no time!Wood pieces arrived in good shape and well laminated, the carpet patches are rightly fluffy, but scratch poles are made of seagrass instead of sisal rope – hence the strong scent of seagrass now in our living room.

It's very sturdy, high quality wood and soft padding, looks exactly as described - goes well with my midcentury furnishings :) A bit tricky putting together....have to pay very close attention to details in the photos of how to assemble.

I love the look of the cat tree - it was exactly what I was looking for. My cat enjoys it and it seems quite sturdy (my cat is about 12 lbs and very hyper).My only complaints were that the assembly instructions were poorly written and the sisal rope on the posts shed little fibres and dust. Wiping the sisal down with a damp cloth really helped though.Edit:I have now had this cat tree for about 8 months and am still very happy with it. I adopted a second adult cat, so I can also attest to that it is sturdy enough and big enough for multiple adult cats to share. Both cats can fit on the top platform, which is nice.Both cats use the scratching poles a lot and they are still looking great. The only thing really showing wear is the string of baubles. The cats figured out how to get the little rattan balls off of the string very quickly. I resting them onto the tree semi-regularly. Some of the rattan balls have been lost or broken this way, so I've just replaced some of the balls by other toys.Neither of my cats is into the cubby box for some reason, but it can be a fun spot for me to hide things to encourage foraging.

Love everything about it. Looks so good in the home, cats love it and well worth the money.

It’s no secret that vesper cat furniture can be pricey but this cat tree is worth it. The hardware is good quality and actually looks nice, not too hard to assemble, and the cat tree itself looks stunning!I’ve included a picture of my 8lb cat for scale.
