Pour le moment tout fonctionne correctement, l’installation n’a pas poser de problème.Facile a utiliser, chauffe en 30 minutes environ.Par contre le manuel n’indique pas comment le nettoyer, j’ai contacté amazone support qui me dit qu’il n’y a pas de nettoyage à faire ….

So far not bad

Opened the box and first thing I noticed was there was tiny bit of water in the unit. I was like how..?? Possibly was previously returned item. But still installed it for my business because I needed it asap as a replacement for my old one that broke after a year. Fingers crossed please no leaks and yes there was no leaks and I wad so happy and turned the unit on and wtf!!! It won’t dispense the water. It did dispense tiny bit of hot water at the beginning and it stopped. Probably the reason why it was returned. When I placed order I tried to cancel the order after 2min realizing it’s Vervor and it wouldn’t let me cancel for some reason. I own a cafe and I’ve had a very bad experience with the company so I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. I also wanted to return the product I bought at that time which was a soda fridge and it was a heck of a hassle and ended up getting a small partial refund. Don’t understand how this kind of company is ruling all over US’s online websites and no matter what kind of appliances you type in you see the Vevor products first popping up on very top. Even Homedepot carries them. Shame! Thanks to Amazon for making the return so easy and convenient.
