The cage had been returned and resold, judging by the chipped paint in the areas that needed to be attached. The plastic attachment pieces are made of weak plastic that cracks and falls apart when you snap the metal pieces into place. I broke 5 attachment pieces just assembling it, despite being very careful and gentle. I had to use zip ties to hold it together. The ‘feet’ of the cage came with rubber stickers so it doesn’t scratch your flooring. The glue was so old it turned in to a greasy substance and I had to glue the rubber onto the ‘feet’ with superglue. The ‘latches’ for the gates are just extra keychain hooks they must’ve wanted to get rid of. They are incredibly hard to work with and not at all secure. It is all together cheap and not worth a dime of what it cost me.

This product is cheap and extremely poorly made. The joints that hold it together are plastic and break when you try to assemble. They send it with 150 zip ties because that is literally the only way to reinforce it. The panels don't line up, there is nothing included to affix it to a wall once built. Do not purchase this product.

So I bought this for my ferret. I miss read the info and it has 1.5” bar spacing even though somewhere in the stuff I saw it said half inch spacing and it’s the ramp that is half in not the rest So I have to modify it. Alright cool that’s my bad so if you’re looking to upgrade for a small critter you will need to do some work. My issue comes with the connectors. While building and using minimal effort I had 9 snap and only had to fully toss 2 away. Thankfully I was able to still use the other 7 of them and had to just pull different parts apart and use them in other places. It’s not horrible for the price just kinda sucks for quality but the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Let's talk about this product. First of all, the ease of assembly is absolutely zero. They really need to provide some type of assembly video or a YouTube link because putting this together is a nightmare! The appearance is the only reason it gets two stars, and even that’s being generous. It's a very cute cage if you can manage the stress of assembling it, but several pieces designed to hold the gate in place broke easily. I ended up using a lot of Gorilla Glue.Overall, the entire setup was a disaster. I acknowledge that I bought this at a discounted price, but it has been an absolute nightmare. I don't know how to warn you enough. I take pride in giving honest reviews, and this is one of them. I review a lot of products on Google and other platforms, so please take my word for it: do not buy this cage.I would return it, but it's not worth the gas money to drop it off, considering the stress, energy, and time I've already invested in assembling it. At this point, I’d rather just throw it in the trash.
