I have a 44 lb 8 mo old lab. A sweet little fireball named River.I also have Lexus RX 350 SUV. Similar to the promo picture here on Amazon.I tried another product first which as a foldable ramp. Very steep and my dog was "no ... way I am going down that thing"...despite his willingness to jump on a AC unit and vaulting over a fence a few weeks ago. Another issue with the ramp is that it extends into the street..when trying the side door. Also, it would not fit in my side door well. (But the quality of that product was very good if it is right for your dog and situation.)I then found this product. Bit pricey. But the best option from my choices.Turned out to be ideal. Get what you pay for.Lightweight. Very good quality. Looks sharp. Folds very compact easily. Nice foot pads to prevent slipping. Perfect size for my car height. Adjustable. Multiple various options with it. Well thought out and built. No brainer.River was somewhat willing to do it with a push.So I chopped up some steak pieces. Within 2 or 3 pieces of steak up and down he was hauling up and down those steps, often without prompting. Was fairly easy to get him to do it after that.Day 2 of training with more steak. He would take a step or two and fly the rest of the way.Worth its weight in gold.
