This item is useless. I ordered it as a backup machine. I'd ordered a different brand previously, but as our production increased decided that we needed a second unit just in case we needed it. In other words, our team was very familiar about how these machines worked. I fell victim to Vevor marketing. We let it sit for a few weeks and by the time we got around to opening the box to use it, it was past the return date. The item never worked from day one. Every member of our team tried it. We finally ended up not using it and buying the original brand.

set at 5g but sometimes it came out 5.6g but next time it was 3g. not the 1g deviation.

Doesn’t work. Scale will not give consistent readings. Offered me 50$ to not return. Why would I keep a 600$ machine that doesn’t work? Battling to get a refund or even a return shipping label from them but they have said in messages that it doesn’t work!

The machine's sensor came defective and it doesn't always turn on only when it wants to. and came without the pedalI tried several times to contact support but their response is to say that they are going to contact the rigth department to be able to solve the problem and they still haven't solved anything. These machines cannot be purchased because there are no spare parts.I just want to know where to buy the sensor or where to buy the foot pedal so that the machine can work otherwise this does not work and it is a lost machine
