La calidad en el ensamble es de esperar por el precio.Venia con un capacitor mal soldado en uno de los pines, posiblemente se soltó con algún golpe durante el almacenamiento o en el envió, un pin del puerto sata fuera de lugar y sin soldar.Pero su funcionamiento no fue tan afectado, el capacitor mal soldado fue fácil de reparar.Sin problemas reconoció el disco duro 3.5" sata de 500 GB el viejo equipo que solo tiene puerto IDE.

To preface this review, I need to stress that this product's quality is NO fault of the seller. This brand of IDE to SATA adapter can be bought from a myriad of sellers on Amazon and other sites.Anyway, this thing looks like it was hacked together by a drunken chinchilla. I was so weary of its poor assembly (the power connector was half-soldered to the board. HALF. SOLDERED!) that I didn't even bother to check if it worked. The quality of the application of the solder is beyond embarrassing and the circuit board was coated in leftover flux. Though I defended the seller at the beginning of this review, I do think they've got some real nerve charging $20.99 CDN for what basically amounts to baby's first soldering job. From what I've seen, buying these cheapo IDE to SATA adapters is a total craps shoot with some being competently assembled and others being... this.
