In het begin van de jaren tachtig begonnen Vic en Steve Gadd samen te werken aan een nieuw, strikt geheim project: een gesigneerde trommelstok. Een echte design-samenwerking tussen twee legendarische wereldklasse kunstenaars had in de drumstick-industrie nog nooit eerder bestaan.

Che dire, sono le bacchette del mitico Charlie Boy!!Oltre a firmarle le utilizza in tutti i concerti degli Stones.Non suono la batteria, le ho acquistate perché sono un fan dei Rolling Stones

I really love these drumsticks and for my 25th birthday in 2014, I received a pair of them. The things that drew me to them were, obviously, my love of The Rolling Stones since I was 11 1/2 and also Charlie Watts designed these sticks with Vic Firth, so that he could have some drumsticks that were capable of producing a big sound, but not overly heavy or cumbersome.
