Very good quality wrap for my badminton racket to reduce vibrations coming from the racket strings. These vibrations sometimes caused my elbow to feel some strange pain, which I later found out was, in untreated, the start of golfers elbow.You will need to remove the factory grips down to the wood of the racket handle. This might seem scary at first thought but I'm no expert at this and I found it easy to do. There are plenty of youtube videos to watch and follow the steps.I usually wrap round the wood of the handle about 6 times to give a solid feel, enough wrap to absorb the vibrations coming from the racket strings but light enough to still have the control you need around the net. Each to their own as we all have different sized hands so you can play around with it until you find what's right for you. Then I add the Yonex Supergrap over it and it feels great. No more pain in the elbows.They do last for a long time too. I usually change these every 2 months or so (play 1-2 times a week).
