My almost 3 years old loves to play outside a lot. As you know, at this age, they have selective hearing. We decided to buy a couple of these to put near the two entrances of our condo’s driveway just to keep drivers aware and so they can slow down. They’re bright and sized good. Almost as tall as her.Came in 3 pieces. The stand, the body, and the flag. Super easy to assemble. Daughter had fun sticking the stickers on. You have to place sand inside the stand. We haven’t gotten the chance to go to Home Depot to get the sand yet and it’s just fine. It fell a couple times when it was windy out but I think we can get away by not adding sand inside so it won’t be too heavy especially since she likes to help us put take them out and put them away in the garage.

We live in a neighborhood with wide, flat streets with a 25mph limit, so not a highway or anything like that. With that limit ignored about half the time and kids running around the sprinklers come out, we wanted something to slow drivers down. You'd think that the presence of young children would slow people down, but not in our neighborhood. Enter slow. Despite the wide streets, placing slow in the middle of the road tends to confuse people to the point of almost stopping. With plenty of room to pass on either side of Slow, people become very skittish about passing by without damaging their car. Shame they don't care as much about the kids. Slow works.
