I used this in my oven (brushed with olive oil) on 450° to cook chicken souvlaki skewers. Put the skewers on and baked them for 20 mins, rotating. They turned out great!! Even heat distribution, easy to handle the grill as it’s a decent size. Def very happy with this purchase!

Just a little heavy, but it is a cast iron product. Very stable too leaving it on stove or BBQ pit. I’ve use it on a potable stove and as teppanyaki last week. Very good product especially for dinner of two. Highly recommended.

This is a nice cast iron piece! We needed a smaller one to only use a portion of the bbq, to make eggs, pancakes, tortillas, etc. During summer it’s a daily event at my husbands workplace, and this fit the bill.
