Got this to replace the Sargent charger in our caravan, as we'd upgraded to a carbon gel battery. Having had a Victron MPPT solar controller, this was equally well made and connected to the app it is possible to get the two to communicate, so the battery is charged perfectly while hooked up or when used off grid or in storage. The build quality is great and it was easy to connect physically and to the app. It has been 100% silent in operation so far and will probably remain so with the solar meaning it almost always only needs to keep a float/storage charge going in. These aren't the cheapest, but are very good chargers, configurable for many battery types and setups with lots of specific settings that can be configured to match the battery/s.As a small note, I ordered mine from a 'Gmbh' company (slightly cheaper) meaning it came with a euro plug, this didn't bother me as I was 'hard wiring' it anyway.
