Good value and very sturdy great looking chairs. Instructions could be a little clearer but managed ok in the end

I don't mind a flat pack usually. But this is just ridiculous. Every single seat slat and backrest slat had to be screwed together. I ended up paying £60 for someone to put it together. Not a good deal.

The chairs now put together look a premium product. As I have some considerable experience putting together flat pack furniture I found this reasonably easy. I can see that some people might struggle with the poor instructions and being limited to using only the two Allen keys provided. Some of the pre-drilled holes did not align well resulting in one piece of timber requiring repair and I had to re-position one of the brackets for the chair seat.

Chairs looked good so ordered 2 and managed to build 1 out of the two. Complained with photographs showing splits, use of wood filler and not all holes drilled deeply enough. Offered to return unacceptable chair if they paid the cost ( due to size & weight). Requested replacement chair not money back. Customer services actioned replacement chair on photographic evidence.Generally the chairs I now have are good quality but clearly quality examination from manufacturer is poor and hopefully company will address this for future customers, if not complain BUT do state what you want in return, money back or replacement. Thanks to customer services for their prompt action, appreciated and unusual.

Les chaises sont faciles à monter mais le bois est plein de nœuds et pas bien fini, le ponçage des angles n'est pas fait et en maillot de bain ça pas top sur l,assise.a voir dans le temps avec les nœuds.
