The first one has been working for over 2 years without a hitch. Recently I purchased another one for a similar project. It worked initially but after setting the parameters, would not connect to the load/output. I went over the settings many times and checked the instructions at least ten times. No change so I returned it to Amazon and ordered a new one. Initially, it worked ok but after I had installed it in an outdoor enclosure the same thing happened. Would not connect to the load. In the second Youtube video the demonstrator showed how to switch the load off and on using the 'Up' setting button. Now it works.All this trouble, time and problems, and the answer was simple but nowhere in the pidgin English does it tell you this in the instructions. I wonder what else it doesn't tell you.
