Funciona muy bien.Vengo de otra cámara y esta tiene mejor resolución y calidad de vídeo.El menú es bastante intuitivo y no me ha costado configurar.Llevo una semana usándola y estoy satisfecho

C'est une bonne Dashcam. La qualité est au rendez-vous et fonctionne très bien. Elle est facile à mettre en place. Le plus dur, en perte de temps, c'est de passer les câbles derrière les garnitures (ça ne m'a prit qu'une demi heure). A l'utilisation, c'est plutôt simple, mais il n'y a pas de notice en français. Elle n'est qu'en anglais et allemand (un comble quand on sait que les Dashcam sont interdites en Allemagne. d’ailleurs, si vous passez la frontière, n'oubliez pas de l'éteindre). Mais vous trouverez facilement des vidéos sur Youtube qui vous la décrivent en long et en large.La qualité de l'image est bonne, on lit bien les plaques d'immatriculation. Pour l'utilisation en mode parking il vous faudra le kit spécial à brancher sur la boîte à fusibles (perso, je n'utilise pas ce mode). Je suis satisfait de cet article.

Partiamo dal design, la dashcam presenta un design compatto e discreto, ideale per essere installata senza dare nell'occhio. La qualità costruttiva è solida, con materiali resistenti che garantiscono una lunga durata nel tempo.Non sono i migliori che abbia mai visto su una dashcam ma sono lo stesso molto validi.La qualità video è eccellente grazie alla risoluzione 2K 1440P per la fotocamera anteriore e 1080P per quella posteriore. Le immagini sono nitide e dettagliate, permettendo di leggere chiaramente le targhe dei veicoli anche in movimento. La tecnologia utilizzata per la visione notturna assicura ottime prestazioni anche in condizioni di scarsa illuminazione.La dashcam è dotata di numerose funzioni avanzate, tra cui:- il wifi che permette di trasferire facilmente i video sullo smartphone tramite l'app dedicata che tra l'altro è anche ben fatta;- la modalità di parcheggio, garantendo una protezione completa anche quando l'auto è parcheggiata.- un ottimo sensore: rileva gli impatti e blocca automaticamente i video per evitare che vengano sovrascritti.-la registrazione in loop, si può suddividere in scaglioni di tempo prestabiliti e una volta piena la memoria vengono sovrascritti i file più vecchi, ad eccezione di quelli con impatto che vengono salvati a parte;- compatibilità con le micro sd, se rispettati i requisiti richiesti qualsiasi micro sd fino a 256 gb verrà sfruttata in modo ottimale senza il rischio di doverla formattare di continuo rischiando di perdere anche qualche file;- il supercondensatore, uno dei punti di forza della dashcam è proprio questo, funziona alla grande anche in condizioni di temperature elevate e a differenza di altre dashcam, anche molto più costose, questa non si spegne mai neanche d'estate nei giorni più caldi in assoluto (abito al nord Italia non è il posto più caldo ma non si scherza lo stesso). Questo permette la registrazione continua e la disponibilità dei video in qualsiasi condizione e vi posso assicurare che non è una cosa affatto scontata.Con le basse temperature stessa cosa, mai avuto problemi neanche in inverno.Il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è assolutamente bilanciato, non è una spesa di poco conto ma nemmeno una esagerata e per quello che il dispositivo offre direi che ci siamo.Di contro potrei forse segnalare che la configurazione iniziale può richiedere un po' di tempo per familiarizzare con tutte le funzioni se non si è già un pò esperti ma posso garantire che non è nulla di trascendentale e sicuramente non può essere un motivo valido per non scegliere questa dashcam.Concludendo, questo dispositivo è eccezionale, offre una qualità video ottima, numerose funzioni avanzate e un'affidabilità senza pari grazie al supercondensatore.Anche in condizioni di temperature basse o elevate o di scarsa visibilità e luce, questa dashcam garantisce la registrazione continua assicurando che in qualsiasi situazione avrai sempre un video dell'accaduto che è la cosa più importante in assoluto e alla fine il vero e unico motivo per cui dovrebbe essere comprata una dashcam.5 stelle meritate.

I spent a good few days researching dashcams before settling on this one. It's a vast and quite bewlidering market to explore with many makes / models / features to consider, so I sat down and made a list of what I wanted from a dashcam, it went something like this:1) Two cameras, 1 front and 1rear2) Good picture quality, based not just on the quoted advert numbers but by finding the cameras of interest on You Tube and seeing for myself how good / bad the footage was.3) No Lith Ion battery inside but a capacitor instead.4) Small and compact.5) Must be detachable from the windscreen6) Must have GPS co-ordinates, Time / Date, Speed and the ability to have the Reg Number stamped on recorded footage .... Reg number is handy if you get yours cloned, there's lots of it about now with ULEZ schemes etc going on and it can help prove the car was elsewhere at the time if you get a fine dropping through the letterbox that's not yours.7) Easy and intuitive to use - I'm a digital Idiot so the easier the better,8) Must have good user reviewsThe Viofo A129 Plus Duo ticked all of the above boxes for me so I sent off for one via Amazon and it arrived within 48 hours as stated. I'm not having the hard wire kit yet because I don't want the parking feature until I've discovered how it'll affect the 12v battery. My car's a self charging hybrid and I need to find out if the camera being permanently live will have any adverse effects, so for now it's just plugged into the cigarette lighter.Fitting the camera was a breeze, it was all installed in about 1/2 hour with all the wires hidden from view, apart from where they go into the cameras of course. The supplied cables are plenty long enough for most normal cars I imagine, my car is an average size hatchback (Toyota Corolla) and there was ample to go to the rear camera, in fact there's now a fair bit of excess wire hidden behind the headlining.Setting up the Wi-Fi was really easy as well, so I was soon into the menu putting in the reg number to display on the video footage.Once everything was done I went out for a run. The camera comes on automatically as soon as the car's "Power" button is pressed and the screen lights up in about 10 seconds, it stays on for around 3 mins then goes out so you can forget all about it (it can be set differently in the menu). The two red LEDs remain lit, the left hand one flashes if recording stops for any reason and is accompanied by a "Beeping sound". The other red LED is for the microphone which can be turned off if not required and that light will then go outTo say I was impressed with the picture quality of the Viofo would be an understatement, it really is top notch. We'd had a terrific rainstorm before I went out on the test run, but the clouds had parted and the late afternoon sun was directly in front and also reflecting off the wet road. I honestly didn't expect any decent footage at all from that bit, but when I got home and popped the pics onto my PC monitors I was amazed at how well the camera had coped with the harsh light, it was incredible and there was very little lens flare. On the way back home the sun was shining onto the rear camera and that had also coped exceptionally well with it. I use two large photo editing monitors and the videos from both cameras are pin sharp on them.Gripes? Well there aren't many really - so far - apart from maybe Viofo not including a micro SD card in the box, also they don't even appear to be including an SD card reader / adaptor anymore - which they used to do. Not a major problem but just a bit "penny pinching" really, so you will have to budget for buying the SD as well and Viofo spec high class ones which aren't that cheap. I bought a 128gb one for a good price via an Amazon deal which should last best part of a week or two before it overwrites.To sum up - these are simply brilliant little cameras, they're very small and unobtrusive but they feel very well made and for the price they're excellent value. There are some good videos on You Tube on the set up and fitting of the A129 Plus Duo, as well as quite a few video samples. Viofo recommend the SD card is formatted every month, this can be done in situ. I think you can set up a format reminder via a beep on the front cam, I seem to recall seeing it somewhere. I've set a reminder in my phone instead as I'm more likely to see that.The cameras have been fitted for about 2 weeks now but I'll follow up this review in a couple of months to report how they're doing.
