VIOLETERA DVD,LA

Took a while to arrive but I was expecting that. I bought two of these movies. One for me and my aunt to share (she lives with me) and the other for my mom and her sister to share (they live together). My mom and her two sisters went to see this movie at the theaters back in the day with their mom as little girls. My grandma has passed away for more than 28 years now and this movie reminds us of her. I live in the US and I have an LG Blueray player and had no issues playing it. I was a little concerned at first after reading other reviews and questions regarding its international playing format. But that’s why I picked the blue-ray version over the DVD one and glad I did as I guess some people didn’t and based on their player format not all DVD’s play. So I’d suggest getting the blue-ray format if you have a blue-ray player and you shouldn’t have any issues playing the media no matter what country you live in. I do agree and wish this movie was digitally remastered but that doesn’t affect the viewing quality at all. It’s the same as watching it on an original VHS like I did with my grandma in her living rom when I was 10 years old. I do recommend this blue-ray version of this movie. Good luck!

Excelente producto, remasterizado, de una calidad excelente; cuenta material extra. Llegó mucho antes de lo esperado, muy bien por el vendedor.Es una de las películas favoritas de mi mamá, quedó encantada.

Sarah Montiel war in den 50er, 60er Jahren der Star Spaniens. Leider ist der Film "La Violetera" nur in spanisch erhältlich, der Film ist nun in neuer, phantastischer Blu Ray Qualität herausgekommen, für Fans ein wahrer Genuss. Die Lieder, die sie singt im Film sind unvergesslich.

Pelicula favorita de mi abuela y no podia faltar en la biblioteca de casa. Es un clásico precioso con una Sara Montiel espectacular, canciones memorables y una historia muy bonita. Le tendre un cariño eterno a esta pelicula por mi abuela
