The Flex Delivery did not notify me since my name wasn't on the shipping label so I copied tracking number and had no problem receiving it. Keep an eye on your tracking especially if you don't get your email notice after the Flex Delivery have received it. This bulb is delicate and should be installed by someone familiar with the system, all instructions included.
