I used to get my parrot (Indian Ringneck, male) food from a local pets store alongside the main meals I would cook for him (fresh veggies and fruit). I found it however to be very unhealthy and mostly seeds that is not good for your parrot's health. Luckily I stumbled across this VITAKRAFT product and thankfully my parrot loves it!It contains vitamins, less fatty seeds and a mixture of dried parrot food, the transition to this was smooth also from the previous product I was using. Overall I would recommend Vitakraft for medium to large sized parrots and both me and Loki is happy with it!
